Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
Individual Session CancellationI get it, sometimes things come up.
If you give me 24-hours notice, I'll give you a no-questions-asked refund of what you paid for your live phone/Skype or in-person session. Alternately, we can reschedule a mutually-beneficial time for your session.
With at least a 12-hour notice I can reschedule your session. Please understand that I cannot offer a refund if you cancel with less than 24 hour's notice.
Accidental PurchaseIf you ordered the wrong session, let me know immediately. I will credit your balance toward the right session and/or refund the difference. However, if I've already started working on your session I can't offer a refund.
If you ordered the wrong aromatherapy blend...let me know immediately. If I haven't created your blend yet, I'll give you a full refund or create your preferred blend. If I have started preparing your blend, I can't offer a refund.
Class Cancellation/Refund Policy
I must make plans and arrangements for my classes (including preparations, buying supplies, travel renting space, etc.) in advance. It's quite frustrating, for example, to receive a cancellation request after I've already printed your certificate and bought your book and supplies. :-) Thus, I cannot offer a refund if you cancel sooner than one week before the class starts. This will give me time to make other arrangements, if necessary.
Sessions and class fees are non-refundable except as described above.
As custom blended items, aromatherapy blends are not refundable.
If there is a problem with your hand-created item (this includes jewelry, magickal supplies, and aromatherapy blends) please let me know immediately and I'll make it right by offering an alternate item and/or shipping a replacement.
I do not offer refunds on jewelry but am happy to repair it. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
